Yeah, these are not so great pictures of a usually really cute girl. I read somewhere that on that 8 Simple Rules show, the girl who played her younger sister was actually older than Kaley. I always thought that really short younger sister playing actress was waaaaaay hotter than Kaley, despite the way the show portrayed Kaley's character (I can't remember any of the names) as the obvious "hot blonde".
